What is your Return Policy?
Because the hygienic integrity of our products is of the highest importance, OCC does not accept returns on used, opened or tested cosmetic products. Unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please contact us to receive a return authorization prior to sending back any merchandise. This policy pertains strictly to all merchandise, especially products containing alcohol (such as our Nail Lacquers), which cannot be returned to us via the United States Postal Service. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. International Orders and Airbrush Equipment may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any merchandise that arrives damaged or is missent to our customers will be immediately replaced, and no additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer.

Which credit cards do you accept?
Sales Department, and include your mailing address, phone number and list of requested products. For your security, please do not include credit card details in your email.

Can I pay for my order using PayPal™?
OCC does not provide PayPal™ as a payment option at this time. Do rest assured however that our Secured.com SSL™ server offers the same state-of-the-art encryption services to protect your financial details.

Can I pay with a check or money order or any other means other than credit card?
Check and money orders are accepted for telephone sales only. Please contact our sales department at 212-675-2572 to place your order by telephone. Please be advised that orders paid for by check will not be shipped until 10 business days after your check has been received and has cleared in our bank. OCC does not accept partial payments or third party checks.

How will my package be shipped to me, and how long will it take to get here?
