What is your Return Policy?
Because the hygienic integrity of our products is of the highest importance, all of our products come safety sealed. Unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please contact us to receive a return authorization prior to sending back any merchandise. This policy pertains strictly to all merchandise, especially products containing Alcohol (such as OCC Ink™), which cannot be returned to us via the United States Postal Service. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. International Orders and Airbrush Equipment may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any merchandise that arrives damaged or is missent to our customers will be immediately replaced, and no additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer.
Which credit cards do you accept?
OCC currently accepts credit cards payments by Visa and Mastercard only. Debit cards featuring the Visa or Mastercard logo are also accepted. Payments via PayPal are also offered via our website, enabling customers wishing to pay with Discover or American Express to do so as well.
Can I pay with a check or money order?
Check and money orders are accepted for telephone sales only. Please contact our sales department at the number above.
How will my package be shipped to me, and how long will it take to get here?
Depending on the total value of your package, as well as its contents, your package will be usually be sent either via UPS Ground Service or United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified.
-Packages of any value containing products that are alcohol-based¹ will be shipped via UPS Ground Service.
-Packages valued at under $600.00 USD that do not contain alcohol-based products¹, will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
-Packages valued at over $600.00 USD that do not contain alcohol-based products¹, will be shipped via UPS Ground Service.
-International Orders² will generally be sent by Federal Express (FedEx), unless otherwise specified.
The time in transit for packages sent via USPS Priority Mail outside of the the New York area is usually 2-3 business days. The time in transit for packages sent via UPS Ground Service will vary depending on your location. Please contact our Sales Department for more information. OCC reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping option based on other conditions specific to your order and shipping location.
I need OCC Ink™ sent overnight - is that possible?
While possible, it is often quite cost prohibitive to those outside of New York State. Any Alcohol-Based products, such as OCC Ink™ or our Nail Lacquers, that are sent within or from the United States must be packed and sent according to Hazardous Materials Shipping Regulations. This requires appropriate packaging and documentation provided by a certified shipper, as well as a fee surcharge of at least a $40.00US, in addition to typical Overnight Shipping Rates (usually at least $25.00US). If you'd still like to have the products sent, please contact us no later than 11:00AM EDT the day you'd like the shipment to go out, and we will do our best to accomodate you when possible.
