In order to comply with Federal Shipping Regulations, OCC can only ship up to 30 one ounce units of these products via 2nd or Next Day Air, within the United States only. Sorry, OCC Ink and Nail Lacquers are not available to ship to Overseas Customers at this time. Packages sent to Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may also require special handling and additional fees.
