OCC will gladly issue refunds or exchanges for any products within 14 days of purchase. Within 30 days of purchase, unused and unopened products returned to us will be eligible for exchanges only.

We regret that in accordance with Hazardous Materials Shipping Regulations, we are also unable to ship our Nail Lacquers to any destination outside of the contiguous United States. If added to international orders, these items will be removed and your money refunded in the corresponding amount.
