Having quickly become the professional standard for makeup artists working in diverse fields from bridal makeup to Hi-Definition television, airbrush makeup application has become the pro's choice for complexion perfection. This comprehensive, beauty-focused workshop covers the techniques you need to know in practical, easy-to-understand terms so that you can begin airbrushing with confidence right away. Attendees will learn the history and benefits of airbrush makeup, see proper airbrush techniques demonstrated, and participate in hands-on practice exercises in both makeup application and equipment maintenance. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Maryland transplant Emily Ansel hit the ground-running, shortly after graduating from New York's prestigious Make-Up Designory. Emily quickly racked up editorial credits for AM New York and Teen Vogue, worked on advertising campaigns for JC PENNEY, Jenny Craig and Captain Morgan and worked behind the scenes on television projects seen on ABC, Fox, Bravo, LOGO and MTV. Emily is currently based in New York City, and is a proud member of Local 798 Makeup & Hair Union, I.A.T.S.E.

REQUIREMENTS: Though prior professional makeup application experience is required, previous airbrush experience is not. OCC provides all cosmetic products for demonstration and application purposes but does not provide demo equipment. Please only bring airbrush equipment sold by OCC. We are unable to train attendees on the operation of products and equipment not sold by OCC.

COST: The cost of this workshop is $250.00 redeemable in product, or complimentary with the purchase of our Airbrush Makeup Starter Set or Pro Airbrush Makeup System, within 60 days of purchase. A non-refundable $50.00 USD deposit is required in order to hold your space, with full pre-payment in advance of the workshop. Registered attendees wishing to cancel or reschedule must give notice within 24 hours of the workshop start time, or risk forfeiture of their deposit.
